The Petite Conciergerie offers several menus or “à la carte” services for the maintenance and stewardship of your property during your absence.
The Petite Conciergerie is there to reassure you, to meet your needs despite the distance or lack of time, and to allow you to fully enjoy your property as soon as you arrive.
After 30 years of a busy career dedicated to customer service in tourism and airlines, I decided to come back to my family roots and to create my own business.
Based on my own experience as family homeowner, far from my main home, I built my business thinking of all the small and large services that a “conciergerie” would have provided me.
Proximity :
Located in Mimizan in Les Landes, the Petite Conciergerie is a local business.
Checking:
All services (cleaning, gardening, repairing...) are monitored and controlled.
Serious-minded:
I like a job well-done. So, I commit to only selecting competent professionals.
Geographical scope:
Mimizan and its surroundings (Mimizan Plage, Aureilhan, Saint-Paul en Born, Pontenx-les-Forges) and Mézos.

Maintenance and stewardship of your property
Maintenance of your Second Home and the Stewardship of your Property : Package 50€/month
Keeping and management of your keys, Airing of your house, Watering of your indoor plants, Mail collection and forwarding if necessary, Delivery checking and signing, Checking of doors and windows, alarm system, possible leaks or any other problems, Visits after bad weather.
Heater start-up, switch-off,Turning on/off water, gas, electricity …, Connect, disconnect facilities like fridge, freezer, TV …, Making beds before your arrival, Collection of the household linen (sheets, towels …) and laundry drop-off (Additional cost for laundry bill).
On request:
Full fridge on arrival: €20 + shopping bill
According to your shopping list, storage.
Household linen: €20 + laundry bill
Laundry pick-up, drop-off and storage
Major spring cleaning and/or regular cleaning: on estimate
Gardening and/or maintenance of greenspaces: on estimate

Management of your rental property:
Basic package: 15% of the rental amount
Before the arrival of your tenants: Ventilation, Turn on water, electricity, gas…, Facilities connection (household appliances, washing machine, dishwasher, internet box…), Meters reading, Preparation of beds, Household linen setting and Provision of basic products (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, toilet paper).
On arrival: Welcome, inventory, handing over of keys, practical information and confirmation to the owner of the tenants’ arrival by message.
During the stay: Assistance for your tenants
On departure: Inventory, Meter reading, Recovery of keys, Disconnection of all facilities, Turn off water, electricity, gas… Recovery of household linen, Checking of closures: doors, windows, garage…
Rental report
On request, included in the rental price or at your tenants’ expense:
Laundry and cleaning after each rental: on estimate
Full fridge on arrival: €20 + shopping bill, at the expense of the tenant, according to the shopping list, storage.
Household linen rental: on estimate
Other: To be discussed together: on estimate.
